Welcome to my Thesis.

This site presents my capstone project for the Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction at Western Governors University. My applied research focused on designing a professional development (PD) program to help teachers in the South Carolina High School Credential (SCHSC) program shift from traditional grading to standards-based assessment (SBA) practices aligned with social and emotional learning (SEL).
